Membership Categories

Premier Membership (Corporate $500, Individual $300)

Our top-tier membership offering, which includes access to all MEIC services and programs, discounts, research and brand visibility. The prime benefit of the Premier Membership Package is MEIC leadership—opportunities to join the MEIC board of directors and to chair board committees or working groups.  Premier members can propose new research or initiate new MEIC programs, gain access to amazing talent and interns, tap into other research resources, have your company profile featured on MEIC.ca, speak at MEIC events and provide or receive mentorship and advisory.

Full Membership (Corporate $250, Individual $150)

Full Members of the MEIC are entitled to a broad selection of benefits and access to services and programs, including access to world-class researchers, company promotion and discounts at conferences, and access to resources and the MEIC Mobile Design Incubator, working group participation and more. As well, MEIC Full Membership entitles the member to nominate, be nominated and vote for board directors at the MEIC Annual General Meeting.

Associate Membership (Corporate $100, Individual $50)

Our introductory membership offering, the Associate Membership entitles the member to a variety of benefits and access to programs and services, including a profile on MEIC.ca, discounts to workshops and partner events and much more!

Student Membership (Student $25)

Geared towards undergraduate and graduate students, the MEIC Student Associate Membership offers students opportunities in our internship program, access to our mentorship network, and encourages participation in the MEIC Mobile Design Incubator.

Charter Associate Membership (Free: Individual and Student)

Provided to attendees of MEIC’s inaugural Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2011. Entitles the member to vote for board directors at MEIC’s 2011 AGM, profile on MEIC.ca, and discounts to workshops and partner events. Expires on March 31, 2012.
